As a young boy, Edd spent every weekend watching grandma cook for the entire family. At the age of ten, he made his first meal of fried hor fun and while it tasted mediocre, it never stopped him from pursuing his passion. His previous jobs allowed him to travel to many cities around the world where he tasted different cuisine in Asia, North America and Europe. And so, with years of practical food knowledge and hands on cooking, The Rivervale Pig was born. Spurred on by a spirit of innovation, using a variety of cooking methods with bold and unusual flavor combinations, a unique gastronomic experience awaits you.
